This class blends yoga poses with other fitness regimens, such as Pilates, strength training, dance, tai chi., etc. We will mix it up a bit using different equipment throughout the month (light weights, yoga wheel, low hammock, trx, yoga balls). The intensity of this class will fall between a gentle yoga and power yoga class. (If you would like to try the "Triple Feature" and take this class, followed by a short group salt sess, candlelight yoga, choose the "Wednesday Triple Feature")
